AGENCY REQUIREMENTS & BENEFITS

O.G. EDUCATION GROUP welcomes qualified individuals, organizations, training centers, and professional partners who wish to represent its educational and training programs within their local markets.

Becoming an Authorized Agent is an opportunity to establish a professional partnership with O.G. EDUCATION GROUP and contribute to expanding access to quality education and professional training.

Our agency program is based on trust, professionalism, transparency, student protection, and commitment to the policies and standards established by the Group.

The following requirements and benefits apply to the Authorized Agent Program.

AGENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Standard Authorized Agency

All applicants must initially join the program as a Standard Authorized Agent. The standard agency is non-exclusive and represents the first stage of the partnership with O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

2. Eligibility for Exclusive Agency

An Authorized Agent must complete at least one full year as a Standard Authorized Agent before becoming eligible to apply for an Exclusive Agency.

Completion of one year does not automatically grant exclusive status. The application will be subject to a performance review and formal approval by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

3. Commitment to Official Pricing

The Authorized Agent must comply with the official prices, discounts, promotional offers, and commercial policies approved by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

The Agent may not advertise, offer, or sell programs at unauthorized prices or discounts without prior approval from the Group.

4. Student Registration Information

The Agent is responsible for providing O.G. EDUCATION GROUP with the complete student registration file no later than the first scheduled study day of the announced training program.

The student file must include, at minimum:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Country

  • CV / Resume

  • Last Educational Qualification

  • Electronic copies of the relevant educational certificates or qualifications

5. Examination Requirements

Students must complete their examinations through the official examination portal on the Academy’s website.

If the official examination portal cannot be used for an agreed and pre-approved reason, the Agent must follow the alternative examination procedure approved by the Academy and provide the Academy with a clear electronic copy of the student’s examination and answers.

The Agent may not alter the student’s answers or officially determine the student’s final result.

6. Certificates

A certificate is issued 15 days after the official announcement of the student’s result, provided that the student has fulfilled the academic requirements and achieved the approved passing grade.

Certificates may be issued electronically and/or in printed form according to the Academy’s approved procedures.

For printed certificates, the Agent is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs and may select the shipping company that the Agent considers appropriate.

7. Advertising and Promotion

Each party shall bear, at its own expense, all costs related to its advertising, marketing, and promotional activities, whether through social media, electronic platforms, television or satellite channels, newspapers, magazines, printed materials, or any other advertising medium.

The Agent must use official and approved information, branding, and promotional materials when representing O.G. EDUCATION GROUP or its Academies and programs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Agent must fully respect and protect all intellectual property rights relating to the educational, training, scientific, digital, audiovisual, and promotional materials provided or exchanged within the framework of the agency.

The Agent may use such materials only for authorized agency activities and may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, modify, or share them outside the authorized scope without prior written approval.

The agency relationship does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, copyright, trademark, educational content, or other proprietary rights to the Agent.

1. Official Authorized Agent Status

3. Official Promotional Support

The Agent may receive approved promotional materials, program information, and other marketing resources provided by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP to support the promotion of its programs.

Students registered through the Agent are processed through the official academic and administrative procedures of the Academy, including registration, examination, results, and certificate issuance.

6. Certificate Verification

Certificates issued to students may be verified through the official certificate verification system of the Academy, subject to the applicable verification procedures.

7. Eligibility to Apply for Exclusive Agency

After completing at least one full year as a Standard Authorized Agent, the Agent may apply for an Exclusive Agency, subject to performance evaluation, compliance with the agency policies, and formal approval by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

8. Opportunity for Long-Term Partnership

Agents who demonstrate professionalism, compliance, student care, effective promotion, and satisfactory performance may be considered for continued cooperation and expanded partnership opportunities with O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

Exclusive Agency Territory & Contract Term

Exclusive Agency is granted for an approved province/governorate within the Agent’s country, subject to the formal approval of O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

The Exclusive Agency Agreement is valid for one calendar year from the effective date of the agreement.

Renewal of the Exclusive Agency is subject to a new annual agreement, satisfactory performance and compliance with the applicable agency policies, and payment of the new renewal fee applicable at the time of renewal.

Renewal is not automatic and does not create any permanent or continuing right to exclusivity.

The exclusive territory, terms, and conditions shall be specified in the official agency agreement.

AGENCY TYPES

O.G. EDUCATION GROUP offers two levels of Authorized Agency partnership:

1. STANDARD AUTHORIZED AGENCY

The Standard Authorized Agency is the initial level of partnership available to approved agents.

It allows the Agent to represent and promote the approved educational and training programs of O.G. EDUCATION GROUP within the authorized territory, subject to the terms, policies, and conditions of the agency agreement.

Standard Agency status is non-exclusive.

2. EXCLUSIVE AUTHORIZED AGENCY

The Exclusive Authorized Agency provides an enhanced level of partnership within an approved territory.

An Agent may apply for Exclusive Agency only after completing at least one full year as a Standard Authorized Agent.

Exclusive Agency is not automatic upon completion of one year. The Agent must demonstrate satisfactory performance, professional conduct, compliance with official pricing and agency policies, and appropriate care of students.

The Exclusive Agency is subject to formal review and written approval by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

The applicable fee for an Exclusive Agency is higher than the fee for a Standard Agency, reflecting the additional rights and responsibilities associated with exclusive representation.

Exclusive Agency does not permit the Agent to alter the official academic, examination, certification, pricing, or intellectual-property policies of O.G. EDUCATION GROUP.

Agency Fees

The applicable fee for a Standard Authorized Agency will be communicated to the applicant upon approval of the agency application.

The fee for an Exclusive Authorized Agency is higher than the Standard Agency fee and is determined according to the approved territory, agency level, and applicable terms.

Agency fees are subject to change and will be confirmed by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP before entering into or renewing an agency agreement.

Agency fees are non-refundable as they cover the administrative, organizational, processing, and other operational arrangements associated with establishing and maintaining the agency relationship, and are intended to confirm the applicant’s seriousness and commitment to the partnership.

AGENT RESPONSIBILITY & STUDENT PROTECTION

O.G. EDUCATION GROUP places the protection of students and the integrity of its educational programs among its highest priorities.

1. Financial Responsibility

The Agent is solely responsible for managing and collecting all student payments made directly to the Agent in connection with programs promoted through the agency.

The Academy has no direct financial relationship with students registered through an Agent unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Student Protection

The Agent must maintain appropriate financial, administrative, and operational arrangements to ensure that students receive the training programs and services for which they have paid.

The Agent must not collect student fees and subsequently cease operations, become unavailable, or fail to fulfill the Agent’s obligations toward registered students.

3. Responsibility in Case of Failure to Deliver

If an Agent fails to provide the agreed services to students after collecting their payments, the Agent remains fully responsible for resolving the matter and fulfilling its financial and contractual obligations toward the affected students.

Any intervention by O.G. EDUCATION GROUP to protect students, preserve the reputation of its Academies, or prevent disruption to their education shall not release the Agent from its responsibilities.

4. Cooperation with the Academy

If a student complaint or operational issue arises, the Agent must cooperate fully with O.G. EDUCATION GROUP and provide all relevant information and documentation necessary to resolve the matter.

The Agent must respond to official communications from the Academy within a reasonable period.

5. Misconduct or Serious Breach

Failure to protect students, withholding student funds without fulfilling the agreed services, abandoning registered students, or failing to cooperate with the Academy may be considered a serious breach of the agency agreement.

Depending on the circumstances, O.G. EDUCATION GROUP may suspend or terminate the Agent’s authorization and may take any other contractual or legal measures available under the applicable agreement and law.

6. No Unauthorized Representation

The Agent may not make commitments, guarantees, promises, refunds, academic decisions, or other representations on behalf of O.G. EDUCATION GROUP beyond the authority expressly granted under the agency agreement.

The Agent must clearly distinguish between its own obligations as an Agent and the academic responsibilities of the Academy.
