05 — AGREEMENT

Every approved agent of O.G EDUCATION GROUP is assigned a unique Authorized Agent ID.

The Agent ID provides an official reference for identifying the agent and confirming their current status within the Authorized Agents Program.

🌍 TRANSPARENT REPRESENTATION

BRAND & REPRESENTATION POLICY

To protect the reputation, identity, and professional standards of the Group, all agents must follow the official Brand and Representation Guidelines.

Authorized Agents may use approved names, logos, certificates, promotional materials, and other brand assets only for legitimate activities related to their authorized representation.

📢 APPROVED MARKETING

🚫 NO UNAUTHORIZED COMMITMENTS

An Authorized Agent may not:

Issue documents or certificates on behalf of the Group without written authorization.

Any special offer, discount, campaign, or alternative commercial arrangement must receive prior approval where required.

⚖️ REPRESENTATION STATUS

Authorized Agent status does not automatically grant authority to bind O.G EDUCATION GROUP to contracts, financial obligations, institutional commitments, or other legal responsibilities.
