Registration and payment of the applicable fees constitute confirmation of the student’s intention to enroll in and receive the services and educational content associated with the program.

Before completing payment, students should review the program information and applicable conditions, including:

  • Program name.
  • Program content.
  • Study method.
  • Duration.
  • Fees.
  • Attendance requirements.
  • Completion requirements.
  • Examination requirements.
  • Applicable cancellation and refund conditions.

16. NON-ATTENDANCE AFTER PAYMENT

If a student pays the applicable fees and subsequently fails to attend the program, fails to access the platform, or fails to continue studying after the program has commenced, such non-attendance does not automatically constitute cancellation or create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

Accordingly:

  • Failure to attend does not automatically cancel enrollment.
  • Failure to access the platform does not automatically cancel enrollment.
  • Failure to view educational content does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
  • Failure to complete the program after commencement does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
  • Requests for exceptions or rescheduling may be considered by the administration according to the nature of the program.

17. CANCELLATION BEFORE PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the program begins, they must submit an official cancellation request in accordance with the procedures applicable to the program.

Acceptance of cancellation and any applicable refund shall be subject to the cancellation and refund terms published or communicated at the time of registration, and to applicable law.

18. CHANGE OF STUDY DATE OR COHORT

Where the nature of the program permits, a student may request to transfer their enrollment to another available cohort or study date.

Such requests are subject to:

  • Administrative approval.
  • Availability of places.
  • The nature of the program.
  • Available dates.
  • Any program-specific conditions.

Transfer to another cohort is not an automatic entitlement in every program.

19. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Students may contact the administration if exceptional circumstances prevent them from attending or completing a program.

The administration may review each case individually and may, where appropriate and possible, offer solutions such as:

  • Rescheduling.
  • Transfer to another cohort.
  • Additional study time.
  • Another appropriate arrangement.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

20. ATTENDANCE AND PROGRAM COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Students must comply with the attendance, participation, study, and assessment requirements applicable to their program.

Certain programs may require minimum attendance, participation, completion of lessons, or successful completion of examinations before a certificate can be issued.

Each program may have its own specific educational requirements, which students are responsible for reviewing and meeting.

21. EXAMINATIONS AND ASSESSMENT

Students must complete examinations and assessments honestly and independently and must not engage in cheating or academic misconduct.

The following are prohibited:

A certificate is issued after the student has fulfilled the applicable requirements of the program.

These requirements may include:

  • Completion of the required study.
  • Meeting attendance requirements.
  • Completion of required lessons or materials.
  • Successful completion of assessments.
  • Passing the final examination where applicable.

Payment of fees alone does not guarantee the issuance of a certificate where educational requirements remain incomplete.

  • Officially represent the academy.
  • Are employees of the academy.
  • Are an authorized agent.
  • Are an official lecturer.
  • Are an official representative.

unless they have received formal authorization to do so.

Students may not alter, falsify, reproduce, or modify certificates in a manner that could mislead another person or organization.

Certain certificate information and educational records may be retained for extended periods or permanently where reasonably necessary to establish the authenticity of a certificate or educational record.

28. REQUESTS TO REVIEW OR CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Users may contact the administration to request a review or correction of personal information associated with their account where reasonably possible and appropriate.

The administration may request suitable information to verify the identity of the person making the request before processing a request relating to personal information.

29. INFORMATION SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against:

  • Unauthorized access.
  • Unauthorized modification.
  • Loss.
  • Misuse.
  • Unauthorized disclosure.
  • Unlawful destruction.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute protection against every possible security risk. We therefore continue to review and improve our security measures as appropriate.
