BRAND & REPRESENTATION POLICY
Authorized Agents represent O.G EDUCATION GROUP only within the scope of their approved authorization.
To protect the reputation, identity, and professional standards of the Group, agents must follow the official Brand and Representation Guidelines.
🏛️ OFFICIAL BRAND USE
Authorized Agents may use approved names, logos, certificates, promotional materials, and other brand assets only for legitimate activities related to their authorized representation.
📢 APPROVED MARKETING
All promotional content must accurately reflect the programs, services, qualifications, and opportunities officially offered by O.G EDUCATION GROUP.
Agents must not create misleading advertisements or modify official information in a way that may misrepresent the Group or its programs.
UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION
An Authorized Agent may not:
- Guarantee admission or certification.
- Guarantee examination results.
- Promise employment or immigration outcomes.
- Alter official course requirements.
- Create unauthorized discounts or prices.
- Issue documents or certificates on behalf of the Group without written authorization.
- Present themselves as an owner, employee, director, or official representative beyond the authority granted under their agreement.
- Make commitments on behalf of O.G EDUCATION GROUP without appropriate authorization.
OFFICIAL PRICING
Agents must respect the official prices and commercial policies published or approved by O.G EDUCATION GROUP.
Any special offer, discount, campaign, or alternative commercial arrangement must receive prior approval where required.
OFFICIAL AGENT IDENTIFICATION
Every approved agent receives a unique Authorized Agent ID.
Example:
OG-AG-2026-0001
The Agent ID provides an official reference for identifying the agent and confirming their current status within the Authorized Agents Program.
The Agent ID may be used in official communications and approved promotional materials.
AGENT VERIFICATION
Students, institutions, and members of the public may be able to verify an agent through the official O.G EDUCATION GROUP verification system.
Verification may confirm:
- Agent Name or Organization.
- Agent ID.
- Current Agent Level.
- Authorized Status.
- Authorized Region or Market, where applicable.
- Validity Status.
Only agents with an Active status are authorized to represent themselves as active Authorized Agents of O.G EDUCATION GROUP.
Agents whose authorization has expired, been suspended, or terminated must not represent themselves as active representatives of the Group.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTICE
Submission of an Authorized Agent Application does not automatically constitute approval, appointment, authorization, or representation of O.G EDUCATION GROUP.
